Established in February 2002, the British Columbia Office
has made a considerable impact in the province. With a strong
desire to do more, the BC regional office is expanding its
program delivery, volunteer base and community support network
to reach more families, more often, throughout all of BC.
Currently, we offer many a wide variety of monthly Great Escapes
events in the Lower Mainland in addition to Hospital Happenings
and Fun Centers at many hospitals including BC Children's,
Sunny Hill, Canuck Place, Surrey Memorial Hospital, Prince
George Regional Hospital and many others throughout the province.
Starlight Children's Foundation of BC touches the lives
of seriously ill children and their families over 44724 times
per year.

auto showroom, Trunk Gallery, where you’ll enjoy the sensational
sounds of local jazz favourite Lesismore. Check out the hottest
fashions from JC Studio and Dunhill London at a fabulous fashion
show hosted by Vladimir Markovich of BC Fashion Week and bid
on auction items including a trip to New York ! After the
show, dance the night away…all while helping raise money for
programs and events that help brighten the lives of seriously
ill children and their families in BC.

SPARKLE AT CLUTCH/AUTO ONE IN VANCOUVER
Thank you to everyone who joined us at “SPARKLE” in November
2007! Starlight’s 3rd annual signature fundraising evening
presented by MarketPlace IGA and hosted by CBC’s Fred Lee
at Vancouver ’s hottest boutique-style auto showroom, Clutch,
was a sparkling success! Guests enjoyed the sensational sounds
of local jazz favourite Lesismore and the latest spring fashions
from JC Studios at a fabulous fashion show hosted by Vladimir
Markovich of BC Fashion Week.
After the show, everyone danced the night away to one of
Vancouver’s hottest DJ’s Tyler Koda…all while helping raise
money for programs and events that help brighten the lives
of seriously ill children and their families in BC. Watch

The Safeway at Broadway and McDonald raised over $12,000
so far this year! Many thanks to Kevin and his team for their
creativity in helping raise money and awareness for Starlight
this year.
Many thanks to the team from PriceWaterhouse Coopers who
have generously given of their time to help us prepare for
events by making gift bags, Mardi Gras masks, marketing kits,
etc. along with joining us in our Beach Party at BC Children’s
Hospital each year.
